Eucalyptus honey

Strongly aromatic honey, with a woody aroma and a persistent flavour. Eucalyptus honey is rich in beneficial properties, widely used as a remedy for colds, in infusions, or with hot milk. In the kitchen, it is excellent to accompany aged cheeses and is also surprising in flavoring first and second courses based on fish, or dishes with mixed vegetables.

Eucalyptus honey is characterized by having a low humidity level so that its consistency is very dense and extremely compact.
Color: amber tending to gray (especially when crystallized).

This honey has not been subjected to any treatment that could modify its natural characteristics and nutritional properties.

Ingredients: honey produced by beekeeping.
