Yellowfin Tuna is characterized by a tender, compact and light pink colored meat, rather lean. We have always selected only the best parts of the tuna and carry out the production completely in Italy, in all its phases. From steam cooking, to keep the nutritional properties unaltered, to the careful cleaning of the slices up to the seasoning, which is prolonged for several months so that the Callipo tuna can release its unmistakable fragrance at the time of consumption.
