For 100 years, the Callipo company has chosen the finest quality tuna for its production and processes it completely in Italy following a centuries-old tradition of Calabria. After steaming the tuna, the best fillets are chosen one by one and then put into jars by hand, following strict hygiene and food safety standards. The long seasoning guarantees that intense and inimitable flavour.
