Fridda Kahla beer
Fridda Kahla beer, which in the Calabrian dialect means "cold goes down", is an English-inspired Pale Ale style beer; produced with barley and wheat malt and a blend of noble European hops.
Born from the idea of the Beer Firm Giuseppe Lo Giudice. The beer has a deep yellow color and a low but compact head of foam, good aromas and a well-balanced bitter note. Pleasantly malty, balanced hoppy and medium body of 5.8%.
It is a Calabrian craft beer, unpasteurised, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle with rigorously selected ingredients.
It has a golden honey color and a soft white foam. The nose gives off complex aromas of caramel, cereals and honey in perfect balance with the delicate bitterness given by the hops. The entry is soft, while the closure has a bitter and persistent vein. Medium body
Bottle: 33cl. 5.8% Vol.
