INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
200 g Stroncatura
1 clove Garlic
to taste Olive oil
to taste Breadcrumbs
salt to taste
to taste Parsley
To prepare the Stroncatura with Callipo Tuna Bottarga and Lemon , start by heating a drizzle of olive oil and the breadcrumbs in a pan.
In the meantime, heat a clove of garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil; when the oil is hot, add the zest of a lemon and a little cooking water. Cook over low heat for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
When it is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the other ingredients.
Mix and add the parsley, breadcrumbs and Callipo tuna roe.
Remove the pasta from the heat and plate it; if you want, add more lemon zest.
Finally your truncating with Tuna Bottarga and Lemon is ready to be eaten!
