How “Le Montanine” are born
The idea of transforming such a valuable ingredient into a commercial product came to Anthony and Serene .
Young entrepreneurs who, after a series of difficulties on the farm, decided to try a whole new path and had the idea of bagging the chips and thus creating a new Calabrian brand.
One format is the classic potato chip, fried and salted. Another format is instead enriched by the flavor of another proudly Calabrian product, namely the Tropea onion, also a PGI product.
